About us

SLB training solutions was founded in December 2008. Our company can offer purpose built flexible training solutions both onsite and online for a number of different industries including the NHS.

Who we are

Simon has experience of working in a number of environments, including the military, which required him to develop his leadership skills and learn behavioural flexibility. He first realised the importance of First Aid and CPR training whilst serving in hostile, high pressure environments, like those in which many emergency situations start.

He further developed these skills when working offshore providing vital life support for saturation divers living in hyperbaric chambers. It was here that he realised that making First Aid, CPR, Fire Safety and Health & Safety training simple was the key to saving lives.

Simon has also run his own business, so understands the key skills that are required in an industry environment, and on meeting his partner who has a number of years' experience working within the NHS/Pharmaceutical industry, he has an advisor on tap.
